About Landshark

Welcome to Nobles County LandShark

To search Landshark on a one-time use basis and pay by credit card:

When you register as a new user, use that same user each time you access Nobles County's LandShark. Once you choose to view a document, you will be prompted to put in credit card information for payment. we DO NOT store credit card information, so you will need to enter your credit card each time you sign on. the single-use access fee is $8.00 plus $5.00 convenience fee for the credit card. Each document that you download you will be charged $5.00.

LandShark is available through paid subscriptions of $50 per month and $5.00 per document downloaded. In addition, there is a one-time set-up fee of $50. Please contact the Nobles County Recorder's office at 507-295-5268 for additional information in setting up an escrow account.

If your document does not meet these requirements it may be rejected.

ALL DOCUMENTS:
• Document dated
• Document signed
• Acknowledgment needs: Date
Legible Notary Seal, Notary Signature, Notary Commission Expire Date
Names & marital status (Single or Husband and wife) of signatures being acknowledged
If Corporate acknowledgment (business name, who signs & their titles)
• Legal Description (Check to see if complete)
• Exhibits are attached
• “Drafted by:” Include name & address
• Filing fees (See website)
• White-out is unacceptable on any legal documents

LandShark Support: If you are having any issues with LandShark, we recommend as a first step restart your computer. In many cases, this may resolve all issues.
